It's been so long since I've had time to submit anything, but finally I'm back! _{Even if it is only temporary...}

Well, I started off making this thinking, 'I'll do something really quick and simple to get me back into it, just a really simple horse on background' and well it turned into this 40+ layer, whole day manip...

I have had the idea of bringing a statue to life for years, and I've started it many times, and the given up because it wasn't working. But I saw this statue whilst looking for stock, and thought I just have to use it. So rather than doing what I have tried in the past; combining a real horse and a statue, for some reason, I thought no, why don't I re-paint the statue to not only make it look like it's coming to life, but also, why keep it bronze, why not make it gold? Just to keep with the idea of a simple manip...

So anyway, this was the result, I'm please with how I repainted the statue, but I'm not so sure about everything else, especially what's supposed to be fragments of statue falling away from the horse, I feel they look to floaty...

I also think I went a bit mad with the tail, it seems to be about three tails in one... I wasn't even going to do anything with the tail when I started out...

So, yeah, actually I'm not tremendously pleased with it, but it'll do as a way of bringing myself back into it after about a two month break.
